To Create a Report

 

1.   From the appropriate window, e.g. Invoice Reports, Customer Letters, Nominal Reports etc, click New.

Or, directly from the Report Designer window, open the File menu and choose the New option.

2.   The Report Wizard appears to take your through the early steps of creating your own report/layout.

Follow the WizardÆs on-screen prompts and instructions.

3.   When the Wizard is finished the Report Designer appears with the new report/layout already open for you to work on.

You can now either save your new document, preview it, or print it.
